Justin L. Bauer, M.D.

Dr. Justin Bauer brings a combination of medical expertise and linguistic proficiency to The Hill Medical Corporation, furthering our ability to foster communication and understanding among diverse patient and physician populations. He pursued his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, where he was recognized for his outstanding commitment to his patients and inducted into the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Gold Humanism Honor Society in 2016.

During his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, Dr. Bauer enhanced his passion for language and cross-cultural understanding through his A.B. in Biophysical Chemistry & Asian and Middle Eastern Studies. He completed U.C. Berkeley’s advanced Mandarin program at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, funded by the Dartmouth College Reynolds Scholarship. Additionally, he pursued Chinese language studies at Beijing Normal University through the Dartmouth College Foreign Studies Program.

Dr. Bauer continued to excel his medical career completing his degree at University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, La Jolla, and his internship at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center.  He completed his radiology residency and fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at Stanford University School of Medicine, where he became the Chief Fellow in Musculoskeletal.

By combining his medical knowledge and language skills to enhance patient care and improve medical outcomes, Dr. Bauer is an incredible asset to the field of radiology and our physician team at Hill Medical.
