Patient Alert: Scheduling & Medical Records Delays
We are currently experiencing delays in scheduling appointments and delivering medical records and reports. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Appointments: We are incredibly sorry for the long hold times and delays in receiving a call back for an appointment. We are working through a backlog from a network outage last week.
- Please know, if you left a message or submitted a request online, we will return your call.
- In order to reduce duplicate requests, we have removed our “request an appointment form” for now.
- To schedule an appointment, please call us at (626) 698-7266. You may hold or leave a message with your name, phone number, date of birth and type of exam you are calling to schedule. We will return your call over the next 3-5 business days.
- STAT cases should be scheduled by your physician’s office.
