As usual, the Jim and Eleanor Randall Breast Center, is always clean, professional and efficient. There are no long wait times and every step of the way, I was met by someone who is kind and friendly. This time I encountered a snag in the registration process. Unbeknownst to me, my referring OBGYN was no longer part of the network so my order was deemed not valid. Instead of wasting my day off and making me go back to my primary doctor to request another authorization, the wonderfully kind woman called my doctor for immediate authorization. She saved my day and I ABSOLUTELY appreciated her efforts.
