Very little wait time when I arrived. Once in for the abdomen CT scan, technician was friendly and accommodating, explained what would happen and how long it would take and reassured me if I couldn't hold my breath the requested time for one of the scans. The whole thing took about 10 minutes, as she said it would. She let me out the back door, right into the parking lot. Within two days I had the report posted on my patient portal. So much easier than going to the "main" imaging place on Fair Oaks that I almost always go to. Free parking right beside the building, too.

The equipment for the cat scan was down at Glendora. They made me an appointment at the West Covina location later on in the day, when I showed up they took me in right away and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thanks to he staff and the techs for taking care of me.

Staff and technicians were very friendly and helpful with my procedure, made me feel very comfortable! One of my procedures was a cat scan which could not be fulfilled at the Glendora location. They scheduled an appointment for me later on that afternoon with the Covina location, when I walked in they were waiting for me, I was in and out withing 15 minutes. Thank you to the staff and the techs for taking care of me.

Got there early due to light traffic (11 a.m. for an 11:30 check-in, 11:45 appointment). Check-in was easy, I sat in the X-ray waiting area and figured I'd pull out my phone and settled in to play games as I had a while to wait. Barely had my phone open when they called me in. The tech was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and I was back in my car by 11:20. And on top of that, that afternoon I had my results sent directly to my account and to my doctor. I'm quite impressed and pleased!
