New Patients with Upcoming Appointments:

Once you provide us with your email, you will receive an email from us with a link to login. Simply click the link and follow the instructions. You may also sign-up for an account by contacting us at 626-821-8160 or via email hillportal@cmbsllc.net to request an account.

Imaging reports become available in the Patient Portal after the radiologist has read the study and a quality assessment (QA) process has been completed. The QA process could take up to 48 hours.

We encourage you to speak with your referring physician and/or your primary care doctor for any further consultation regarding your exam results.
