The Hill Medical Corporation provides physicians free online access to patient data 24 hours a day using a Physicians Portal.

Hill Medical’s referring physicians have access to their patient’s images and reports anywhere, anytime in their office or home, at no charge. With a simple click of the mouse, images and reports can be viewed, manipulated or printed out easily to add to the patient’s chart. Referring physicians will also have access to patient history for exams done at any of the Hill Medical facilities. Avoid the hassle of waiting for bulky films or CDs to be delivered, save time and get your results online!

Request An Account

Simply visit: hillpacs.hillmedical.com/webaccess and follow these instructions:

1.  Fill out the Confidentiality Agreement form. All account users must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
2. Print and sign the Confidentiality Agreement form.
3. Fax the form to 626-698-7179, and a Physician Relations Specialist will contact you to help in establishing your secure iConnect PACS Access account.
